The registration deadline is necessary because of advance commitments we have to make and is not intended to cause undue hardship to anyone wanting to attend the convention. A late registration fee of $15 will be charged for registration received after July 1, 2000. We will try to accomodate everyone, but cannot guarantee space after this date for those events that involve meals and transportation.

• Prior to July 1, 2000: (date not yet confirmed) no fee will be charged.
  

• July 1 to August 1, 2000: (date not yet confirmed) you will forfeit the registration fee and 10% of all fees paid.
  
• After August 1, 2000: (date not yet confirmed) you will forfeit all fees except those granted by the OCTA Board of Directors after the convention upon special request. Such refunds will be made only in cases of extreme hardship.
